It is your responsibility to download and save a copy of the books you purchase; however, if you experience a computer failure or device failure and no longer have your books, if it is within 180 days of the purchase and you’re not over the 3 download attempts, you can download again. Otherwise, please reach out to customer support and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
