Downloads are available for three download attempts or 180 days, whichever comes first. Once you have downloaded your book three times, or it is six months past the purchase date the download will no longer be available. If you need you downloads reset, please open a support ticket and explain why you need the downloads reset. We will reset the downloads at our discretion, usually once per purchase.
